Affiliate Terms
Partner: A webmaster (an individual aged 18 or above or a legal entity) who agrees to the terms of this document and promotes the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Affiliate Program: A technical marketing platform that provides promotional tools to webmasters for promoting the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Product: A project promoted via advertising materials (betting, casino, trading) on the internet.
Advertising Materials: Tools used by partners to promote the Affiliate Program’s products online.
Traffic: A group of players generated by a partner’s promotional efforts online.
Offers: The terms and conditions (including restrictions and rewards) that outline how the partner promotes the product online, based on the tariff and payment model.
Payment Models: Compensation for specific results achieved by the partner through online promotion of the product.
CPA (Cost Per Action): Payment triggered when a player makes their first deposit.
Revenue Share: A percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), which is calculated as the difference between players’ stakes and their winnings/bonuses, minus administrative fees (10%) and payment processing fees (10%).
Hybrid: Combines two types of payments: the first for a player’s initial deposit, and the second for a percentage of GGR earned by a cohort of players, usually after one month.
Active Player: A player who consistently returns to the product, deposits funds, and plays for real money.
Reporting Period: The time frame during which earnings are calculated for the partner, with the money becoming available for withdrawal to external payment systems.
Terms for Collaboration with Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program
- Partners must review and accept the User Agreement before they begin working with the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program.
- Participation in the program signifies agreement with potential changes to the User Agreement, without prior notice.
- By accepting the terms, the partner confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
- Partners are responsible for the security of their login credentials. The program is not liable for any personal data loss.
- Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to refuse cooperation with any partner without explanation.
- The program may update its Terms of Service at any time, and the latest version is always available on the website.
- If the players referred by a partner do not meet minimum quality standards (e.g., multi-accounting, high refund requests), Pin-Up reserves the right to switch to the Revenue Share model. Specific signs of poor-quality traffic include fewer than 50% of repeat deposits or high player churn rates.
- Partners are prohibited from registering accounts through their promotional efforts. Such accounts will be blocked, including accounts of acquaintances of the partner.
- Cookie stuffing for the Pin-Up brand is strictly prohibited.
- Due to European Union sanctions, Pin-Up does not offer online services in certain occupied regions of Ukraine.
- Accounts generating motivated traffic that circumvents Pin-Up’s rules will be blocked.
- Partners are responsible for verifying the performance of their links, as the platform cannot track inactive links.
- The Postclick period for storing cookies is 30 days. After this period, cookies are deleted.
- Partners cannot register as a Referral if they already have a partner account, or if they manage a Referrer account. Operating multiple affiliate accounts without notifying support is prohibited.
- Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to request traffic sources from the partner. Failure to provide this information may result in termination.
- Payments can be blocked if the partner is suspected of violating the program’s rules. Accounts may be suspended without notice in case of violations.
- Use of offensive language toward support staff may lead to termination of services and account suspension.
- Communication with program representatives is confidential, and sharing such information may result in account termination.
- Using images of politicians or political content in advertising is strictly forbidden. Violating this will result in account suspension.
- Use of .ru domains for landing pages or SEO sites is discouraged due to the potential risk of blocking.
- Partners are prohibited from using content from other brands to promote the Pin-Up brand, including copying text, layouts, or designs. Violations will result in account suspension.
- Brand traffic from contextual ads is accepted under the CPA payment model only. Review sites may use the Revenue Share or Hybrid models based on the players’ location.
- Before promoting the product, partners must provide details about the advertising materials they plan to use. Failure to provide these details may result in account suspension.
- Partners promoting the product via Telegram must not impersonate others or use misleading content. Violations will result in account disconnection.
- Certain keywords are restricted in specific geos for organic and PPC traffic. Violations of keyword restrictions may result in account blocking.
In case of any violations, Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to close the partner’s account and withhold payments.
Affiliate Commission Structure
Partner earnings are based on a share of the net income generated by referred players. The commission rates are:
40% for Casino players
40% for Sports players
Partners who refer other affiliates (Referrers) receive 3% of the profits generated by those new affiliates (Referrals).
Settlement Terms
- All balances and reports are calculated in US dollars.
- The reporting period is every 15 days: from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the last day of the month.
- Payments are made within the first 3 days after the reporting period ends, provided there is a positive balance.
- Payment details must be updated at least 5 business days before the end of the reporting period.
- To receive payments, partners must provide accurate billing information in their accounts.
- The program reserves the right to delay payments (Hold) at its discretion.
- Early payments are not offered, and the minimum withdrawal amount is $50.
- Negative balances are not carried over if the partner requests to suspend commission accrual for users with negative income.
- Accounts with unclaimed funds for more than 6 months will be blocked, and the balance forfeited.
- If fewer than 10% of referred players remain active by the end of the month, their payment model may be switched to Revenue Share.
- Partners who fail to attract at least 10 players within 6 months will forfeit their earnings. If fraud is suspected, the payout threshold may increase to 30 active players.
Dispute Resolution
The program does not consider claims for lost profits or moral damages. Disputes must be submitted to support within 3 calendar days of the issue. Disputes are handled via written communication and negotiation. Claims must include the full name, email, account number, date, and time of the issue, and a description of the problem. The program may reject claims that do not meet these conditions or contain offensive language or threats. Disputes unresolved through negotiation within 3 months will be referred to the courts under Cypriot law.
